These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to Gokce Kids: Learning Games ("Gokce Kids", "the App"), published by Cihan Cakir.
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If the App is used by a child, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising the child's use.
Educational Purpose
Gokce Kids provides playful educational activities for children, including letters, numbers, colors, shapes, words, audio pronunciation, matching games, badges, stickers, and simple rewards.
The App is intended to support learning and entertainment. It is not a replacement for professional educational, medical, developmental, or therapeutic advice.
Suitable Use
Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether the App is appropriate for a child. The App should be used in a safe environment and with reasonable screen-time limits.
Accounts, Purchases, and Ads
Based on the current implementation, the App does not require an account, does not include third-party ads, and does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, text, graphics, audio, code, icons, and other content, is owned by Cihan Cakir or licensed to Cihan Cakir, unless otherwise stated.
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or use the App content in a way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
Third-Party Components
The App may use open-source libraries and platform components. Their respective licenses continue to apply.
Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We may also update content, activities, designs, and supported devices.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device.
