These Terms of Use govern access to and use of ABC English: Learn & Play. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Educational use

The app is provided for personal, family, and educational use to support early English learning.

2. Parental supervision

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children when device permissions, sharing, ratings, or external links are involved.

3. App Store license

Unless a separate license agreement is provided in App Store Connect, use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard EULA: Apple Standard EULA.

4. Intellectual property

The app's software, artwork, audio, branding, and educational content are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the app except where permitted by law.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the app in violation of law.
• Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt app functionality.
• Do not misuse external services connected to the app.

6. Third-party services

The app may rely on third-party services such as Firebase and Google Mobile Ads. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including through remote configuration and app updates.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
