This Privacy Policy explains how ABC English: Learn & Play handles information when you use the app on iPhone or iPad.

1. Who we are

ABC English: Learn & Play is an educational mobile app for early English learning. Privacy questions can be sent to cbilginpoh@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

The app does not require account creation and does not ask users to submit names, passwords, or phone numbers to use core learning features.

• Local settings stored on device, such as sound, theme, and voice choices.
• Optional photo library permission if a user chooses to save a drawing to Photos.
• Technical, diagnostic, ad-delivery, configuration, or device-related data that may be processed by integrated third-party SDKs, including Firebase Remote Config and Google Mobile Ads.

3. What we do not intentionally collect

• No required user account information for children or parents.
• No contacts, calendars, or precise location for core app use.
• No camera or microphone permission for the app's main features.
• No feature that asks children to publicly post personal information.

4. Permissions

The app may request Photo Library Add-Only Access so a user can save a drawing. If permission is denied, learning features still work, but saving drawings to Photos will not.

5. Advertising and third-party services

The app integrates Google Mobile Ads and Firebase Remote Config. These providers may process limited technical information to deliver ads, load configuration, monitor performance, and support reliability.

Based on the current app implementation, ad requests are configured for child-directed treatment. The app does not currently present Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.

6. Children's privacy

The app is designed for family and educational use. We aim to minimize data collection and avoid asking children for personal information. Parents or guardians should supervise use of permissions, ratings, sharing, and external links.

7. How information is used

• To provide lessons, quizzes, writing activities, and drawing features.
• To remember local app preferences.
• To save drawings to the device photo library when requested by the user.
• To load remote configuration and operate ad-supported features.
• To support security, diagnostics, and service reliability through third-party providers.

8. Data retention

Local preferences stay on the device until changed, the app is removed, or device data is cleared. Third-party service data retention is governed by those providers' own policies.

9. Your choices

• You can deny or revoke photo access at any time in iOS Settings.
• You can stop using the app and remove it from your device at any time.
• You can contact us with privacy questions or requests.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
